Our magnets are made from high-quality, durable materials with a smooth surface that's perfect for photos or writing. They're designed to last and maintain their vibrant colours.

Can I write on the learning magnets?
Yes! Our educational number and letter magnets feature a write-and-wipe surface, so kids can practice writing, erase, and try again as many times as they like.

How do I upload my photos for custom magnets?
Simply select your product, upload your images and follow the prompts to. We accept most common image formats including JPG and PNG.

Ordering & Payment

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, and other secure payment methods through our checkout. Afterpay will be available soon.

Can I cancel or change my order?
If you need to make changes, please contact us as soon as possible. Once production has started, we may not be able to modify your order.

Shipping & Delivery

How long will my order take to arrive?
Standard shipping takes 3-5 business days within New Zealand. Express options are available at checkout.

Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we only ship within New Zealand.

What is your return policy?
We want you to love your PicStick products! If there's an issue with your order, please contact us within 14 days of receiving it and we'll work with you to make it right.
